My approach is client-centered, meaning that therapy is structured around you, your concerns and your goals. I respect you, your values and your culture. My role is to support you, provide you with thought-provoking feedback and tools to gently challenge you. As I get to know you, I develop a feel for what works best for you. I constantly keep in mind the question – how can I best help this person?
